Constructed from durable 17-4 tool steel, the Omega Technologies OMSK3581 Collar Removal Socket 4PC Set For Hi-Lok And Hi-Lite is heat-treated to ensure maximum wear resistance. The OMSK3581 series incorporates a tapered bore with innovative ”dual lead” left-hand threads that securely grip collars for easy removal by rotating counter-clockwise.

Collars are then easily removed from the sockets by rotating clockwise with pliers or other tools. This system is best suited to aluminum collars.
